Today I'm giving a talk about Polars at the monthly PyData Madrid meetup, and it's been *exactly one year* since I wrote my first blog post about it.
After trying out the library and interacting @ritchie46 in spring 2022 I realized that Polars was the future of data processing in Python. It's spring 2023, Polars keeps growing, and Ritchie has very ambitious plans for it.
Here's the blog post on @thepracticaldev for posterity! https://dev.to/astrojuanlu/lightning-fast-queries-with-polars-1bp3
